The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has issued a warning that the following companies are not authorized to offer the investment services outlined in Article 140 of the Spanish Securities Markets Act, which includes investment advice, or the ancillary services outlined in Article 141(a), in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 17 of the Securities Markets Law (recast text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of October 23).
