Four websites are still operating and offering trading services. The regulator recently warned against other fraudsters and rogue platforms.

The following websites do not belong to an entity that has been given authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (the “CySEC”) wishes to inform investors.

• Inforexeu (InForexEu)

• et-fx.com (ETFX)

• nbimarkets.net (NBI Markets)

• emporiumcapital.ltd

Before doing business with investment firms, CySEC advises investors to visit its website (www.cysec.gov.cy) in order to determine the businesses that are licenced to perform investment services and/or activities.
