The most prestigious NFT collections in cryptocurrency, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC), and Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC), will hold their first European festival from July 10-12 on Portugal’s Algarve coast.

The stunning Algarve coastline in Portugal will play host to the first-ever European Bored Ape Yacht Club party from July 10 to July 12. The festival’s organizers claim that while the ship’s captain prepares to display the famous Benagil Cave, the boundaries between the real world and the metaverse dimensions will be obfuscated by digital effects.
Following the unparalleled Bored Ape real-world excursions, DJ Ape will perform an exclusive DJ set. Physical BAYC and MAYC swag will be distributed at the yacht party. The party in Vilamoura’s The Lick venue, however, will end with a unique Bored Ape performance of contemporary art, bridging the gap between the metaverse and the physical world.
Part Two Is Prepared for the Dubai Apes
In March, as part of the Dubai International Boat Show, the large community of MAYC and BAYC gathered for the first time in the physical world. The event featured a live art auction and a sale of exclusive BAYC merchandise.
PunkApe, a well-known member of the BAYC community, claims that some crypto enthusiasts who participated in the Dubai experience have already met in smaller groups after the life-changing experience.
The $299.40 Standard Ticket is the least expensive ticket available for BlockDown 2023 in Portugal. Although the continuing 40% Early Bird offering offers a sizable reduction off the standard $500 price, it’s unknown how many tickets will be made available.
On the other hand, the BAYC Yacht Party is by invitation only and is not endorsed by Yuga Labs. Tickets cannot be bought with cryptocurrency on the conference’s official website.
