The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA Seychelles) has assumed a more important position within the non-bank financial services industry as the Seychelles has grown to be a more well-liked location for offshore financial services and capital markets firms.
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) was established under the Financial Services Authority Act of 2013 and is in charge of licencing, regulating, enforcing compliance and regulatory requirements, monitoring, and supervising business operations in the Seychelles’ non-bank financial services sector. Fiduciary services, capital market & collective investment plans, insurance, and gaming are some of these regulated businesses. Additionally, the FSA is in charge of registering foreign foundations, limited partnerships, and international trusts in the Seychelles.
