Nuvei Corporation and Microsoft team up to elevate payment experiences for clients across key areas.
The Canadian fintech startup Nuvei Corporation and Microsoft have teamed together to enhance the payment experiences of Microsoft’s clients using its goods and services in numerous important areas. In the Middle East and Africa, Microsoft will begin deploying Nuvei’s customizable and agile payments system. Throughout, it will take advantage of Nuvei’s extensive understanding of regional markets to maximize payments for both one-time and recurring billing across its Office and Xbox product lines.
Better risk management that reduces false rejects and optimized authorization rates through local acquisition are two more advantages of Nuvei’s global payments capabilities that Microsoft is utilizing. It will also make use of Nuvei’s capability to provide each market with a single integration that allows it to offer all pertinent local alternative payment methods (APMs).
“Enabling Microsoft to connect with its customers across a wide range of products is testament to our technology and dedication to world-class customer service,” stated Philip Fayer, chair and CEO of Nuvei. We are thrilled to optimize payments for a brand that is so widely recognized and depended upon.
“We’re happy to expand our payment options to the Middle East and Africa,” Microsoft vice president of global payments Ajith Thekadath continued. Payments are essential to our overall customer experience, whether they are made through in-game purchases, software subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Our customers can make payments whenever and wherever they choose thanks to our partnership with Nuvei.
Expanding the collaboration to other areas and use cases
Microsoft and Nuvei are dedicated to expanding this collaboration into new markets. To improve the Microsoft experience overall, this is done in addition to investigating new use cases. This includes Microsoft Dynamics 365, its suite of business applications technology that promotes enhanced enterprise resource management and operational efficiency.
“As two forward-thinking, technology-driven companies that supply solutions to numerous top global brands, it makes sense to investigate how we can collaborate more as we expand our business relationship,” continued Fayer.
