The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC) decided to revoke F1Markets Ltd.’s Cyprus Investment Firm authorization with Number 267/15 on December 5, 2022, in accordance with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, as a result of the company’s decision to expressly renounce it.

2. Inveza Capital Ltd.
Inveza Capital Ltd. (LEI 21380072YOYRXZ8TKE88Cyprus )’s Investment Firm authorization with Number 209/13 was revoked by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission on December 5, 2022, in accordance with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, as a result of the company’s decision to expressly renounce it.

3. MAGNUM FX (CYPRUS) LTD
In accordance with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission decided to revoke MAGNUM FX (CYPRUS) LTD’s (359/18) Cyprus Investment Firm authorization on January 23, 2023, as a result of the company’s decision to explicitly renounce it.
