The UAE has developed a reputation in recent years for drawing an increasing number of wealthy people, which has boosted the region’s investment economy. In response, two business owners from Dubai have introduced a brand-new service called Vintage Vaults to safeguard people’s priceless goods and financial valuables.
The brand-new Vintage Vaults service provides adjustable rental terms ranging from three months to ten years along with seven distinct sizes of premium safety deposit boxes. The company wants to make it simpler to protect valuables like jewelry, watches, papers, cryptographic keys, and other items.
It is situated in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates and seeks to provide guests with a distinctive experience thanks to its art deco-inspired reception halls and reinforced steel vault. Customers at VintageVaults can enter the building whenever they like between the hours of 10 a.m. and midnight, 365 days a year.
Additionally, Vintage Vaults provides the option for customers to use armed home delivery services or to enter and exit the vault in person. Visitors who come in person enjoy private parking, access to the elevator, and private rooms where they can discreetly examine the contents of their box.
Co-founder and CEO of VintageVaults Sherif El Haddad gave an explanation of the rationale for the service’s introduction. “Our journey began when I attempted to obtain a safety deposit box from my bank and had a terrible experience,” El Haddad said.
“They required a sizable cash deposit after I waited six years for a box to become available, and then they showed me a little box in a run-down, insecure area that was only accessible during branch office hours. The concept for Vintage Vaults was formed because I believed I could do much better and that others would expect much more too.
‘Safety deposit services into the 21st century’
In addition to its own security measures, such as multi-stage biometric checkpoints, HD CCTV linked to Dubai Police, night vision cameras, motion and audio sensors, dual key locks, and security guards on duty around-the-clock, the Vintage Vaults facility also benefits from the protection measures put in place by the Mall of the Emirates.
The co-founder of Vintage Vaults, Imran Khan, spoke about the event as well and said that Vintage Vaults “brings safety deposit services into the 21st century with its premium services, and tailors them to meet the tastes and requirements of both UAE residents and tourists.”
Nearly 70% of our customers are long-term UAE residents, representing more than 80 different nationalities. We’re optimistic that the demand for our services will continue to increase as personal wealth increases in and around our region and as we expand Vintage Vaults into other regions.
Customers must have an Emirates ID or passport to rent a box from Vintage Vaults, and accounts can be managed online.
