In order to provide payment solutions in Latin America and Africa, dLocal, a cross-border payment platform, has extended its collaboration with eSky Group, the owner of a travel platform in CEE.
Since 2021, the businesses have collaborated to enhance the payment processes in South Africa, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
The foundation of the relationship is local acquisition, which guarantees reduced processing expenses, quicker settlements, and improved customer service to increase customer authorization rates in those nations.
The partnership also aims to enhance the overall consumer experience by streamlining refunds through better payment processing. Future plans include for the incorporation of more alternative payment methods as well as opportunities for installment payments.
