Witness the groundbreaking collaboration between the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum and Olyverse as they introduce Vincent van Gogh to the world of Web3.
Vincent van Gogh, a famous Dutch painter, makes a dramatic introduction into the Web3 world. A partnership between the Spanish Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum and Olyverse, a story-telling metaverse project aimed at bringing culture and art to Web3, has made this feasible.
The Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum in Madrid, Spain, recently made history by being the first national museum to do so globally. “By democratizing access to art through NFTs, we hope to enable people to experience Van Gogh’s works in a new way,” said Carlos Grenoir, CEO of the Olyverse Web3 initiative.
NFTs of Van Gogh Created for Exhibition in Real Life
The breathtaking digital collectibles were not merely designed to show off in internet galleries or on social media. The acquired digital art NFTs can be included in actual exhibitions via LG Smart TV displays thanks to a partnership with the South Korean technology behemoth LG.
With its own NFT marketplace, LG stepped into Web3 and has been a Hedera (HBAR) council member for more than three years. The business is developing an all-in-one solution for digital art collectors that will make it simple to display artwork on portable devices like digital frames and home TVs.
On the other hand
- Only Telefónica’s NFT Marketplace is offering the debut 100-piece Vincent van Gogh NFT collection, which may have sales restrictions based on local laws and regulations.
Finally blockchain technology’s acceptance in the real world depends on digital art collections.
